2. Tender fee Rs: 200 /= should be paid by way of RGTS/ NEFT *
* Bidders participating in the tender should upload the UTR details towards
cost of tender document.
3. Present customer Profile to be uploaded.
4. a) Bidders should have a minimum turnover of Rs: 50 lakhs per annum in last
three financial years (2014-15,2015-16 & 2016-17). Proof (P & l Account) to be uploaded.
b) Bidder should have previous experience in the fabrication of power transformer tanks for transformers above 10 MVA rating. Offers received without copies of purchase orders /performance certificate for supply of minimum 4 nos of tank in 2017-18 will be rejected.
OFFERS RECEIVED WITHOUT ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL BE REJECTED
* Those who had participated and qualified in our earlier tender no.T-04/18-19 need not submit the documents for sl.no.3,4b& Annexure II (General Information). Proof of turnover for year 2016-17 alone needs to be submitted.
** Bidders in AYCL-Chennai approved vendor list for fabrication of tank need not submit the documents for sl.no.3, 4b & Annexure II (General Information). Proof of turnover for year2016-17 alone needs to be submitted.
*** In the absence of previous experience in the fabrication of power transformer tanks, after assessment if found suitable trial order will be placed on the bidder at the L1 rate &terms.
