Audited accounts for the last three years have to be uploaded with the techno-commercial Bids. Dealers/Stockists/C & F Agents/Distributors/Merchants must submit the valid Authorization Certificate from the manufacturer. (Documentary proof to be uploaded with the Technical Bids) Bidders should have all statutory registrations such as Trade Licence, W.B. VAT Registration, CST Registration.
