The candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Works/Management. Accountant, Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions and minimum 3 years post qualification experience.

The candidate should be Graduate with Intermediate pass in CA or ICWA and 4/6 Years’ Post Qualification Experience in Finance & Accounts with through knowledge in INDAS.

The candidate should have Graduate with Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma (2 Years Duration) in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ MSW and Minimum 10/7 years’ post qualification experience in Human Resource Department in an organisation of repute. Candidate should be conversant with routine HR & Administrative functions of an organisation. Candidates having hands-on factory experience with basic knowledge of Labour laws will be preferred. While excellent organizational communications skills and working knowledge of Computers (MS Office, in particular) is the prerequisite for the Job. Exposure in Factory works and compliance with all labour laws is a must.
