(a) Bidder should have experience of executing orders for Civil/Mechanical Construction work (whose cumulative value should be more than Rs. 5 Cr.) from reputed Organizations during last 7 years. Offers received without copies of purchase orders may be rejected.

(b) Balance sheets and P&L Account showing an average annual turnover of Rs. 2.00 Crore in last 3 financial years (i.e. FY 2016-2017, 2017-18& 2018-19). |
