2. Tender fee Rs: 200 /= should be paid by way of RGTS/ NEFT *
* Bidders participating in the tender should upload the UTR details towards cost of tender document.
3. Present customer Profile to be uploaded.
4. The tenderer should have experience in assembling of CRGO lamination core for Power transformers (Step lap construction) of rating 10 MVA & above. As a proof of execution, order& performance certificate for minimum 5 Nos of step lap core assembly for 10 MVA & above rating transformer within last 5 years shall be uploaded.
5. The firm should have valid ESI & PF registration numbers. Copy of allocation letter and copy of latest remitted challan shall be uploaded.
6. The bidder should have a minimum turnover of Rs. 25 lakhs (service/labour charges) as a service provider for carrying out transformer manufacturing activity like core assembly, coil winding, core coil assembly etc, in the last three financial years. Copy of last 3 years P&L Account. (2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17) shall be uploaded.

**Note: Bidders who are in the AYCL empaneled list of service provider for assembling of core need not submit the above documents. ( Sl.no 3 to 6 & Annexure II).Proof of turnover for year 2016-17 alone needs to be submitted. |
