TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FOLLOWING
We would like to enter into COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT for our Desktops / Laptops/Printers as per the annexure (list) enclosed
for our Chennai Operation at 5/346 Old Mahabalipuram Road, Perungudi, Chennai 600 096.
AMC PERIOD: 1 YEAR from the date of issue of Purchase order with a provision to extend it by ONE more Year based on mutual agreement.
SCOPE OF YOUR WORK :
Your scope of work includes preventive and corrective maintenance of computer systems at our Perungudi Works, replacement of spares, maintenance of hardware and software support.
Preventive maintenance should be carried out for Desktops / Laptops and Printers once in three months during the 1st week.
In case of breakdown, the same will be informed to you over phone. You should depute your personnel immediately to rectify the same.
In the event of any major repair, the successful tenderer should provide standby Desktops/Laptops / Printers without any additional cost.
You will have to attend the fault on the same day, if the complaint is lodged before noon and on the next day, if complaint lodged in the afternoon of any day. If necessary a standby system shall be provided, so that work is not affected.
Please note for calculating L1 price, the price of all the Desktop/Laptop Computers/Printers will be considered as a set and Annual Maintenance Contract order will be placed on one source only.
In case you want to inspect the above machine while estimating your offer, the same can be inspected at our Perungudi Works at 5/346 Old Mahabalipuram Road, Perungudi, Chennai : 600 096.
