GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER
PART A TRANSPORTATION OF TRANSFORMER & ACCESSORIES and RING MAIN UNIT
The offer should be submitted as per two parts bids as follows:
1. Commercial bid along with DD/BG for EMD and necessary copies of certificates/details in a separate sealed cover Super scribing QUOTATION FOR TRANSPORTATION OF TRANSFORMER & ACCESSORIES T-12 /14-15 DUE ON 24/12/2014 (COMMERCIAL BID)".
2. Price bid in a separate sealed covers super scribing "QUOTATION FOR TRANSPORTATION OF TRANSFORMER & ACCESSORIES T-12 /14-15 DUE ON 24/12/2014 (PRICE BID)".
3. Both the Sealed cover containing Commercial Bid and Price Bid should be put in one cover Super scribing "QUOTATION FOR TRANSPORTATION OF TRANSFORMER & ACCESSORIES T-12 /14-15 DUE ON 24/12/2014 (COMMERCIAL BID AND PRICE BID)".
4. EMD: Tenderers should enclose a Demand Draft for Rs: 50,000/= towards EMD. Price bid of tenderers who have not submitted EMD will not be opened. Bank Guarantee as per our specimen (Annexure II in lieu of DD valid for 16 months from the date of tender opening for a sum of Rs.50, 000/- is also acceptable.
For bidders already enlisted with AYCL- T&S Unit, having outstanding amount more than the EMD amount or who have already submitted the EMD against our earlier tenders or who have security deposit available with us, may apply for adjustment of the same /by extending the validity of BG available with us as EMD/security deposit. The total EMD should be as mentioned in the tender.
This EMD amount will be converted into Security Deposit. This Security amount will not carry any interest.
5. Qualifying Requirement:
a) Tenderers should own minimum 3 trailers in their name & copy of ownership proof to be submitted along with the tender.
b) The following Documents are to be submitted along with the commercial bid –Copy of valid IBA approval.
1) List of trailers owned by the Company
2) Past Credentials.
3) List of Branch Offices with address
4) List of clients
The tenders received without valid IBA approval letter and list of trailers owned by the Company will be summarily rejected.
On demand you have to submit proof of ownership of trailers.
** Those who had participated and qualified in our earlier tender no.T.03/12-13 need not submit past credentials and list of clients.
6. Offers sent thro' email, fax and envelopes without super scribing the envelope with the due date and enquiry reference will not be considered.
7. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders or to waive any informality, minor deviation or omission without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Tenders arriving after the due date & time specified will not be considered.
Techno-commercial bid will be opened on 24.12.2014 at 11.00 AM, after scrutinizing of Techno-commercial bid, price bid will be opened which will be intimated duly to qualified bidders. |
