GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER
SUBMISSION OF OFFER
Tender should be submitted in Two Separate Parts in two separate sealed envelopes as given hereunder :
Part 1. TECHNICNO COMMERCIAL BID in a SEPARATE SEALED COVER Superscribing "QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF PROXIMITY CARD ATTENDANCE RECORD SYSTEMS”,DUE ON 17.11.2014 (TECHNO COMMERCIAL BID)".
Part 2. PRICE BID in a SEPARATE SEALED COVER Superscribing "QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF PROXIMITY CARD ATTENDANCE RECORD SYSTEMS ”, DUE ON 17.11.2014 (PRICE BID)".
Both the Technio Commercial Bid and Price Bid should be put in one cover Superscribing “"QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF PROXIMITY CARD ATTENDANCE RECORD SYSTEMS”, DUE ON 17.11.2014 (TECHNO –COMMERCIAL BID & PRICE BID)”.
Offers sent thro' E-mail, fax and envelopes without super scribing the tender reference and due date on the envelope will not considered.
EMD: Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by way of Cash Receipt / Demand
Draft drawn in favour of M/S ANDREW YULE & CO.LTD Payable at CHENNAI from any Nationalized / Scheduled / Multinational Bank for the following value Bidders who are MSMED units may apply for exemption from furnishing EMD in lieu of EMD by making a specific request in writing and enclosing the necessary document in support of the same.
If non-submission of EMD, the tender will be summarily rejected.
Bidders whose turnover is more than Rs: 50 crores may apply for exemption from furnishing EMD by making a specific request in writing. Price Bid of tenderers who have not submitted EMD will not be opened.
Tenders arriving after the due date & time specified will not be considered.
Techno-commercial bid will be opened on 17.11.2014 at 11.00 AM, after scrutinizing of Techno-commercial bid, price bid will be opened which will be intimated duly to qualified bidders. |
