| Remarks | Price Variation Clause (PVC) The price variation clause will be applicable only when there is increase /decrease in fuel (Normal Diesel) price per Liter to the tune of 10% over the base price i.e diesel price prevalent at the time of commencement of contract. Variation in fuel charges for every 10% increase in the fuel price over and above the base rate on the date of commencement of the contract would be compensated @ 1/13th per KM. For e.g. for a Rs.1/-per liter increase Rs.0.077 per KM would be compensated. Similarly for every 10% decrease in the fuel charges from the base i.e rate of Diesel prevalent at the time of commencement of contract, the reduced fuel charges will apply |
